1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mind Sprint: Brain Training ("Mind Sprint", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Purpose

Mind Sprint provides short cognitive training exercises, including memory, focus, reaction speed, mental math, and problem-solving activities. The App is intended for general wellness, entertainment, and self-improvement purposes only.

Mind Sprint does not provide medical, psychological, educational, or professional advice. Training results and reports are informational and should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or measure any medical or cognitive condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mind Sprint. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Free and Premium Features

Mind Sprint may offer both free features and paid premium features. Free features may include limited training exercises or trial experiences. Premium features may include access to additional training games, advanced reports, history trends, and an ad-free experience.

Available features may change over time as we improve the App.

5. Subscriptions

Mind Sprint may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store, including weekly and yearly subscription options. Exact prices, billing periods, free trials, introductory offers, and available products are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial or promotional offer is available, unused portions may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, purchase validation, and restore purchases. Subscription access is determined by Apple and RevenueCat purchase records.

6. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device with the same Apple ID, you may use the Restore Purchases option in the App to refresh your subscription status. Restoring purchases does not create a new charge.

7. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds. To request a refund, visit Apple's report a problem page or your Apple ID purchase history.

8. User Data and Reports

Mind Sprint may store training results, reports, and progress information locally on your device to provide progress tracking and personalized training recommendations. You are responsible for managing your device and backups.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the App, its subscription system, or related services. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

Mind Sprint, including its design, text, graphics, training content, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes according to these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple App Store services and RevenueCat subscription infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

If you download Mind Sprint from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless we provide a separate license agreement that applies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific goals.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, subscription access, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

14. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or through the App Store listing.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription; subscriptions must be canceled through Apple ID settings.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer protection laws.
