Mind Sprint: Brain Training ("Mind Sprint", "the App", "we", "our", or "us") helps users train focus, memory, reaction speed, mental math, and problem-solving skills through short cognitive exercises. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, Mind Sprint may handle:

• Training results, including completed exercises, scores, accuracy, reaction time, duration, level, and completion date.
• App progress and preferences, such as onboarding and trial training completion.
• Subscription status and purchase-related information provided by Apple and RevenueCat.
• Basic technical information needed to request app configuration, load subscription products, and keep the App working correctly.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health records, precise location, contacts, photos, messages, or biometric data.

Training Data

Your training results are used to show recent performance, report pages, history trends, and personalized training recommendations inside the App. Training report data is stored locally on your device using Apple's local storage technologies.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Mind Sprint offers optional paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card number, billing address, or App Store account password.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription products, purchase status, restoration, and entitlement validation. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, transaction metadata, device/app identifiers, and related technical information needed to provide subscription services.

How We Use Information

• Provide training exercises and reports.
• Track progress and show recent performance.
• Recommend training based on performance patterns.
• Load app configuration and subscription products.
• Process purchases, restore purchases, and check subscription status.
• Maintain, debug, and improve the App experience.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the App, including Apple for App Store purchases and RevenueCat for subscription management and entitlement validation.

If advertising, analytics, or crash reporting services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those services are used.

Data Retention

Training results stored on your device remain there until you delete them in the App, remove the App, or reset your device data. Subscription records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own legal, security, and accounting requirements.

Your Choices

• You can delete individual training reports inside the App where deletion is available.
• You can uninstall the App to remove locally stored App data from your device.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• You can restore purchases inside the App to refresh your subscription status.

Children's Privacy

Mind Sprint is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or through the App Store listing.
